CPCL is Construction Supervision Consultant to the Public Works Department, Guwahati, for the Assam Resilient Rural Bridges Program, in joint venture with ISAN Corporation and associate Shree Bhawani Consultancy Services Private Limited. Awarded.

The programme is Assam PWD’s World Bank–backed rural-bridge work so that village roads are not cut off every monsoon. The World Bank Board approved an IBRD loan for the programme in March 2024. Procurement was zone-wise. We do not state the full programme bridge count as our mandate. We are not the civil contractor.
