What we do on this seat

CPCL is Independent Engineer (AE-68) on named Haryana HAM packages of the Delhi–Amritsar–Katra Expressway, and Authority’s Engineer (AE-65) on Amritsar connectivity (NE-5A).

Official notes describe the corridor as a limited-entry road from the National Capital Region toward Amritsar and Katra. That is Government purpose language, not a count of users we will deliver. The Amritsar spur is not the main line to Katra. Later official notes put the main corridor at 669 km, still under implementation as a multi-package project. Our mandate is the named packages.

Highlights

  • Independent Engineer on named Haryana HAM packages (NE-5)
  • Authority’s Engineer on Amritsar connectivity (NE-5A)
  • Package chainage is the mandate; 669 km is the Government corridor
CPCL’s role on this assignment is consultancy — design review, supervision, due diligence or related advisory — not civil construction of the corridor or asset.
