What we do on this seat

CPCL is appointed for technical due diligence, pavement-condition survey and related consultancy on National Highway stretches taken up for monetisation under Toll–Operate–Transfer and Infrastructure Investment Trusts. Monetisation, here, means the Government is letting a private operator or a trust take over a ready highway for a period, against a lump sum or against units in the trust. Our report is what they read before they sign.

Named diligence seats include stretches on the Golden Quadrilateral / NH-16 family and Ayodhya–Gorakhpur, among others, and safety consultancy on NH-16 TOT Bundle-1. We are not the concessionaire, do not collect toll and do not own InvIT assets.
