Authority’s Engineer for construction of the underpass beneath the airport runway on NH-31 (old NH-56) for proposed expansion of the runway at Babatpur Airport, Varanasi; and engineering design, statutory approvals and financial analysis for the multi-modal logistics park at Varanasi

What we do on this seat

CPCL is Authority’s Engineer (AE-130), with associate Mahamarg Infra Consultants Private Limited, for the NH-31 underpass connected with runway expansion at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi. Separately, we are appointed for engineering design, statutory approvals and financial analysis for the multi-modal logistics park at Varanasi.

NHLML and the Inland Waterways Authority of India signed a memorandum in March 2025 for a river-side park at Varanasi. The airport expansion and its civil outlay are Airports Authority of India / Cabinet figures, not our project.
